6 Weeks of Mindfulness & Yoga Based Practices

The Mindfulness for Young Adults program teaches young adults (Middle school and high school students) how to unlock their potential and develop emotional intelligence. This complete mindfulness training benefits students through a set of meaningful classes and activities to teach them tools they can use throughout life. Individualized coaching and support available.

Tuesdays & Thursdays

High School Group – 4:00PM – 5:00PM
Middle School Group – 5:15PM – 6:15PM
